Defensive Tactics

In this hands-on course you will learn basic skills necessary for unarmed defense that will utilize your personal body weapons from your head down to your feet. Key areas of emphasis will include recognizing threats before they become a problem to how to deal with the incident afterwards.

Ground Survival

The ground is the last place you want to be unless you are a trained ground fighter. In the course, you will be taught techniques to minimize injury when the ground is unavoidable and how to get back up on your feet as quickly as humanly possible.
Armed Defense

Defensive Blade

Never underestimate the lethality of a blade, in anyone's hands. This course will give you an appreciation for the blade when it is used against you, and how you can take advantage of it in defense.

Field Expediant Weapon Awareness There are many places in your daily travels that will not permit you to have any type of arms for self defense. Knowing basic defensive tactics is good, but having tools to aid in your defense is better. This course will teach you how to recognize and fashion, if necessary, defensive tools from your daily surroundings.
Defensive Firearms
Firearm Familiarization This is a non-shooting course. Students get to handle everything from old flint-locks to single action revolvers to various modern pistols to shotguns and rifles. They will learn each mechanism that makes the firearm work. Perfect for history buffs and those who like to handle interesting firearms they've never seen before.
Basic Firearm Safety This is a shooting course that takes a student from how ammunition works to the first shot on the range, with emphasis on marksmanship. Depending on level of proficiency of students, we may do multi-target drills like El Presidente. Designed for the beginning and sport shooter who wants to take self-defense seriously. Legal issues will be covered.
Home Firearm Safety This is a non-shooting class that goes over various considerations for home defense with a firearm. How to select the proper firearm and tactical plans for the home. General guidelines should there be children in the home. Legal issues will be covered, as well as unloading drills for typical home defense firearms.
Handgun Survival Tactics This is an intense intermediate level course designed for shooters who are ready for realistic scenarios. It will cover practical movement and multi-target drills, malfunction clearing, and firing under stress. Prerequisite for this course is Basic Firearm Safety, unless students can prove proficiency with equivalent training (i.e. NRA Basic Pistol Course, UT or FL CCW, etc.). Firearm, ammunition, and holsters are provided. Students may use their own equipment.
Advanced Topics
Crime Survival Just what goes through the mind of today's criminals and what makes them think they can get away with the things they do. This course will bring to you the latest techniques straight from the criminal justice system: our jails and prisons. When these convicts are paroled or on probation, they are out looking for new prey. Protect yourself and your family. Know what they know before they use it against you.
Terrorism Survival Terrorism experts all agree, they expect another 9/11 style attack on United States soil. They just don't know exactly when. Learn what the average Israeli citizen knows about terrorism and what you can do to recognize tell tale signs, and more importantly, how to survive an attack.
Executive Protection You may not be on a presidential detail anytime soon, but you are responsible for someone much more important: your family. Learn some of the US Secret Service methodologies on protective operations and how you can apply it to your daily lives.
Digital Defense The virtual world is every bit as real as the physical world. A new generation of crimonals are now prowling the online highways. Children are their primary targets because of their innocence. Learn how you can defend against child predators, online stalkers, and even basic annoyances such as spam and viruses
Wilderness Survival So you've decided to take a family trip to the mountains for the summer or the weekend. How will you sustain yourself and your family should there be a wild fire that breaks out? Or perhaps heavy rains washes out the road you went to the mountain with. Do you know how to stay alive for a few weeks, the average time it takes for folks back home to notice you're missing?
